Our Standard wheat bag measures 10" x 12" (24cm x 30cm) and is super snuggly. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800-1000 watts and enjoy the deep penetrating moist heat which lasts for 1-2 hours. The inner wheat bag is divided into 3 sections for even distribution of heat.

The washable cover has fleece fabric on one side and soft brushed cotton on the other - normally the fleece fabric is positioned away from your body in order to insulate the heat but it can be turned if you require a more gentle heat.
