Purchase Contract
Cozie Warmers will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an e-mail to the address you have given us. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order.
Prices
All prices are in UK pounds - VAT is not chargeable. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you cnfirm your order. This price does not include a charge for delivery.
Availability
We endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised on our site. However, if we do not have an item in stock, we will either make it up for you (allow 2 extra days) or refund your money.
Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Post Office delivery times are:- UK 1-3 days, Europe 3-5 days, all other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but they request you allow up to 21 days for delivery. Your will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund the full price paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Warranty and Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order
