To Put the Snuggle Blanket on:- 
First pop the baby / toddler in their car seat / pushchair and fit the harness. Place the Snuggle Blanket over the front of the child, slide their arms into the sleeves then tuck the sides around them, doing up the top velcro under the shoulder harness.
