Neck Wheat Bags measure 21" x 6" (53 cm x 15 cm) and are soft, pliable and very cuddly! Heating in a microwave produces deep penetrating moist heat which lasts for 1-2 hours. The inner wheat bag is divided into 3 sections for even distribution of heat.
